New inhouse training centre
One of d-side’s clients had to convince all its employees
about a new way of working.
A challenge that wasn’t so easy since lot of the people worked already for the company for more than 20 years.
In order to organize inspiring sessions and training moments in an unconventional way to win the hearts and minds of the people.
Therefore we crated inside the clients building, in the basement, a creative space, very modular, that could turned into a meeting room, a brainstorming space or else.
A communication plan was launched to announce this new space and to create a momentum so that all people were curious to find out more!
