Press conference for international journalists

One of d-side’s client, into energy in a sustainable way, organized a press conference in an alternative setting compared to other press rooms. And this for a very select audience of international journalists and stakeholders.

Guests came from different countries to Belgium, to the client’s headquarter’s, where the classic venue needed to be turned into a cosy, chaotic yet organized setting. This to improve the fact of getting inspired after this session and create closeness.

The green gardens outside where used as well to illustrate the company’s vision on sustainability.

The company’s CEO was during this event, in this unique setting, very near to and accessible for the journalists.
A small and intimate event but with a lot of positive influence on the stakeholders and press.
