We operate in the EU, the Middle and Far East with customers throughout Europe in the automotive and medical industry.
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic E-commerce and Promotional Merchandising Project Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and executing the e-commerce merchandising strategy, enhancing the online shopping experience, and overseeing promotional activities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about luxury products, have a deep understanding of online merchandising, and be skilled in project management.
Key Responsibilitie
E-commerce Merchandising
- Product Assortment Management: Manage the digital presentation of products to ensure that luxury collections are accurately showcased online, with a focus on highlighting key products during peak shopping seasons.
- Merchandising Strategy: Develop and execute digital merchandising strategies for the brand’s online presence, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and sales goals.
- UX/UI Optimization: Collaborate with design and development teams to optimize the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI), ensuring the website is visually appealing and offers a seamless shopping experience.
- Content Management: Work with the content team to create and manage high-quality product pages, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and luxury standards across all platforms.
- Inventory and Stock Management: Monitor stock levels to ensure the online product assortment aligns with available inventory. Work closely with the operations and supply chain teams to ensure that best-sellers are properly stocked.
Promotions and Campaigns
- Promotional Campaigns: Plan, execute, and manage seasonal campaigns, flash sales, and product launches, ensuring that promotions align with brand’s aesthetics and luxury positioning.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to integrate promotional strategies into e-commerce, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze the effectiveness of promotional campaigns using KPIs such as sales data, conversion rates, and customer engagement metrics.
- Exclusive Offers & Events: Design and manage exclusive online offers and events tailored to high-value customers, VIP clients, and loyalty program members.
Project Management
- End-to-End Project Oversight: Lead the execution of multiple e-commerce projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear communication with internal stakeholders including the creative, marketing, digital, and sales teams to ensure product alignment and smooth execution.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external agencies, consultants, and third-party service providers to ensure the timely delivery of assets, promotions, and campaigns.
- Budget Management: Manage the budget for merchandising and promotional activities, ensuring cost-effective project execution without compromising quality or brand integrity.
Reporting and Analytics
- Data-Driven Decisions: Track e-commerce and promotional performance metrics and generate reports to assess campaign success. Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing for e-commerce page layouts, product placements, and promotional banners to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of the luxury e-commerce space.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, project management, or digital marketing, preferably in a luxury or high-end retail environment.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital merchandising best practices, and online consumer behaviour.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and driving projects from concept to completion.

- Luxury Brand Sensibility: In-depth understanding of luxury brands and the ability to maintain the brand’s image and values in all online merchandising and promotional activities.
- Attention to Detail: An eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality execution in every aspect of e-commerce and promotional activities.
- Digital Tools Proficiency: Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word). Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to develop innovative solutions that drive engagement and sales while maintaining brand integrity.
Languages
- Bilingual in FR/English (both written and spoken). NL is a plus.
